Requirements
- 5+ years physician recruitment experience
- Deep understanding of physician employment contracts
- Knowledge of medical specialties and subspecialties
- Experience with J1/H1B visa processes
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with physician credentialing process
