Requirements
- 3+ years recruiting in creative industries
- Strong eye for design and creative work assessment
- Knowledge of creative roles and industry standards
- Experience with portfolio reviews and creative evaluations
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Understanding of creative team dynamics
