Requirements
- 3+ years in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Excellent writing and content creation skills
- Experience with social media for talent attraction
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of technical talent motivations
- Data-driven approach to branding
- Portfolio of previous employer branding work
