Requirements
- 3+ years technical sourcing experience
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing tools
- Strong Boolean search skills
- Knowledge of tech stack terminology
- Excellent outreach and engagement skills
- Ability to assess technical skills and experience
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies
